Complaints Procedures

​

We welcome the views of all the members of our learning community. We strongly believe in partnership working with parents and families and we aim to provide the best possible education for all our children.

 

Please talk to us if you have any worries or concerns. A staff member from each class is always available at the classroom door and senior staff members are available on the door each morning. Staff are also available in the classrooms after school. An appointment can be made to see teachers, including Ms Gray, if there is something you would like to discuss in confidence.

 

Any formal complaints may be made using the Complaints Policy, which is attached below which can be found on our policies page.​
